esok betolak ke tempat kursus..

sronok memang sronok,tp sgt merisaukan bila aku xtau keadaan kesihatan aku..
aku batok amat trok and last time cek,doktor kata aku demam,2 hari lepas..
hari ni spatutnya buat medical checkup kt pusat kesihatan,tp d cancelkan ats sbb2 tertentu..

kerisauan bertambah lps aku tengok tentatif program..
aktiviti agak hardcore,berdasarkan tentatif la..
aku xkisah dgn cabaran bila aku dlm keadaan sihat,tp dgn keadaan aku mcm ni,aku takot akan menyusahkan peserta2 kursus yg lain..
